Hi! My name is Erin and I am an Independent Travel Advisor with Mousekeplanner.
I love all things Disney especially the food and drinks! I am a Culinary Institute of America graduate and I’m always looking for something new and exciting to eat and Disney never disappoints.
I grew up taking family vacations to both Disney Land and Walt Disney World and now that I get to plan my own visits it’s even more fun! I can’t think of going anyplace else for some fun, rest and entertainment. I even started running just to have an excuse to go to Disney for a race because, let’s face it, Disney makes everything fun(even running 13.1 miles).
