There’s just something about walking through those gates at Disney. It transports you to a world where you can forget all your troubles if just for a few hours.

made my very first trip to Walt Disney World when I was just 4 years old. Even now over 30 years later, I can still see the ghosts from Haunted Mansion (my favorite ride) sitting in my Grandmother’s lap. I wanted that for my son, as well. Every time we go we always make sure to get the pictures with Mickey and ride the favorite rides because I want him to have those memories like I do.

I am an elementary school teacher as well, and one thing is for sure-my kids know I love Disney. I bring a Disney mug with me everyday to school. On hat day, I wear my Minnie Mouse ears. We even have a Disney day at the end of the year where we eat Mickey Ice Cream Bars.
